Client Update On Tariffs

I.D. Me Promotions understands how important product pricing is to your promotional budget.  We want to update you on the recent tariff developments and how we’re navigating them with our clients and supplier partners.  

As you would expect, our sourcing team has been communicating with our suppliers non-stop since the tariffs were announced.  We want to understand as much as we can about each supplier’s situation and policies to deal with this new reality.  Our objective is to be able to prepare you, advise you and to protect you.   Every supplier we have spoken with is trying to understand the impact on each of their products based on the country where it is manufactured, the tariff rate and their current inventory.   We expect many of our key suppliers will hold current pricing for in-stock inventory, but we expect they will all be under significant pressure to increase prices once that stock is depleted.   

If you have upcoming projects you are considering, or even to build inventory for future promotions, now is a smart time to move ahead.  Acting quickly on in-stock merchandise gives you access to more stable pricing and helps you stay ahead of potential increases.
